We pride ourselves in making every aspect of the booth customisable to your event. From the look of the software on the touch screen, to the overlay on the print, to even having the whole booth wrapped in a custom skin.

Our in-house designer can take graphics that you already have for your event, or can create something something special and unique.

We want to scrap the normal four photos on a print with a line of text. The print is a memento for you and your guests so it should look incredible. We work closely with you to make every aspect suit your event.

Are you covered?
Yes, we have public liability insurance for £5m. A copy of the policy is availbale when you book.
Can I get the booth branded for my event?
If you are hiring the Oval Photo Booth, you certainly can. For around £125 per panel (5 in total) you can have custom skins printed that will be designed by us for you. It certainly will give the next level of sophistication to the event.
Can I hire the booth for an outdoors event?
You can, but you will need to provide suffient cover from the elements and a level surface.
Can you travel outside of Kent & SE?
Yes, we can travel anywhere in the uk. The first 25 miles from our base in Tonbridge, Kent is included in the booth hire, anything further away will incur an extra charge.
Does the booth have to be on the ground level?
No it can go on any flat surface, so it can go on any floor, although we ask that anywhere that requires more than 1 flight of stairs has a lift for us to use.
How can I pay?
You can pay via BACS, debit or credit card
How do I book?
Booking is easy, simply fill out our Request A Quote form and one of our team will get back to you with a custom quote within 48 hours. When you are happy, we ask for £100 deposit, with the remaining amount due 1 week before the event. The deposit can be paid via BACS, debit or credit card.
How long does it take to set up?
We like to allow 1 hour for the Oval Photo Booth and 45 mins for the Photo Pod to set everything up prior to the booking start time. We ask that you notify the venue of our arrival time and requirements.
How many people can fit in?
We recommend a maximum of 6 people in the Oval booth at any one time, but 5 is more comfortable! The only limit for the Photo Pod is space.
How much space is needed?
We need easy access to a 13amp socket (within 5 metres) with enough room to comfortably fit the booth in. For the Oval Booth, a floor space of 2m x 3m is perfect, with a height clearance of 2.2m needed. For the Photo Pod, a floor space of 1m x 1m is perfect, with a height clearance of 1.9m needed. If we are providing a background for the Photo Pod, more floor space will be needed We will also need space for a table (for people's drinks as they are not allowed in the booth, and for a Guest Book if you have opted for one).
Is the photo booth pat tested?
All of our equipment is pat testested annually and a copy of the most recent certificate is available when you book.
What about the prints?
Unlimited prints come with your booking as standard. Each visit to the booth normally comes with one print, but this can be changed to whatever you select in the enquiry form. Each print is 6" x4" and can be either 1 shot or 4 shots arranged in a custom layout. We can completely customise the print, with text, images and logos of the event.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 6+ weeks before the event 25% of the booking fee or £100 (whichever is the greater) will be charged. If you cancel between 6 and 4 weeks before the event, 50% of the total will be due. If you cancel between 4 and 2 weeks before the event 75% of the total will be due, and if you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, the full total will be due. Any custom skins or prints that we have had made for you will still be charged for.
What if I want more copies after the event?
That's fine! We save all of the photos from our events so we can print more, no matter how long ago your event was. Just email us at hey@wheresmyphotobooth.com and we'll send an extra set of prints to you in the post for £25.
Why do we need an attendant?
A fully trained booth attendant will be on hand to set up and dismantle, oversee the proceedings and encourage people to take part and have fun. If you have opted for a guest book they will be assisting with that. Also, if there are any hiccups, they will be able to rectify things so you don't have to.
Will it match my events theme?
Of course! We pride ourselves on how customisable our booth is. Our in house graphic designer can match any artwork you already have or can, for a small fee, design something special and unique just for you. As soon as your guest walk into the booth they will be greeted by a screen that matches your theme! If you have selected the Green Screen option, we can upload any background you require, also giving the guest several options. These could be famous landmarks, celebrities, company logos etc. The possibilities are endless!
We organised a surprise birthday party for my wife and WHERE'S MY PHOTO BOOTH came to capture the night! And they truly did, a great booth, fantastic staff and a great selection of props. The booth turned up on time and stayed with us through the night's revelry. Just looking at the individual photos they have sent us, some of which we will send to friends and family.
